• Goodbye Mr Curtis

  We said a sad 'goodbye' to Mr Curtis on Thursday 10th July.

   

  Mr Curtis leaves us to take up a Deputy Headship in Nottingham. We wish him every success in the future.

  

• Leavers' Service

  On Thursday morning July 10th the Year 6 children gave us a special assembly followed by tea for parents and helpers.

   

  They had box of memories and stories about their time at Redmile.

   

  Afterwards they were presented with special t-shirts and their Records of Achievement folders complete with photos from their time in Reception. Awww!

   

  We wish them all the best of luck for the future.

  

• Year 6 Trip to Nottingham

  On Monday 7th July the Year 6 children went on a trip with Mr Curtis and Mrs Staveley to Nottingham.

   

  We started the morning with two games at Laser Quest, which was very hot but good fun.

   

  We then had a lovely lunch at Frankie and Benny’s followed by Ten Pin bowling after which we made just made it home in time for the school bus.

   

  We had a really good time.

  

• Vale Sports

  On Friday our Year 4, 5 and 6 children took part in the Vale Sports Day at Belvoir High School.

   

  It stayed dry for us and all the children made us proud as always with their excellent sportsmanship.
