“Teach children how they should live, and they will remember it all their lives.” (Proverbs 22:6)

Enabling children to flourish and succeed

Christmas at Redmile

December 2016

December has been a very busy month at Redmile.

On the 2nd some of us went to Melton to see the amazing Christmas trees in St Marys Church. Afterwards we joined Waltham School to sing some songs from our Christmas Show.

On the 6th we had our Christmas dinner where staff and governors helped to serve the children.

Thursday the 8th we performed our Christmas show ’Lights, Camel, Action!’ in the afternoon and the evening. Lots of parents and grandparents joined us.

Paul Towns led our Christingle service on Friday the 9th in the Sports Hall.

Tuesday the 13th saw us all heading to the Palace Theatre in Newark to watch ’Jack and the Beanstalk’. “On no we didn’t!”. “Oh yes we did!” It was a great afternoon.

On Wednesday the 14th our Christmas party in the hall was great fun with a special visitor arriving to give everyone a Christmas gift. Thank you Santa!

We wish everyone a Very Happy Christmas!
