Class 4 Visit to Leicester CC Club

On Thursday June 14th Class 4 visited the Fischer Ground, home of Leicestershire County Cricket.
We had an early start leaving school at 8a.m. When we arrived we took part in a special ‘Who wants to be a millionaire’ game, answering various cricket based questions and gaining runs.
After some Maths and English based activities we were taken on a behind the scenes tour of the ground. In the afternoon we had a cricket skills session in the indoor school.
It was a really enjoyable day
